We can't tell you how thrilled we are with your consideration of our handmade products. As an honest FAMILY FARM, we operate as a husband & wife team working WITH our four young children. We do not have employees. Our children are involved in our every day tasks and chores. As husband & wife we wear many hats, we do our very best in getting your order to you in a timely manner, but we are NOT amazon. We are able to continue the pursuit of living off our farm (Trent still works full time OFF farm) and providing high quality products to you and your family with your patience, kindness, and support.
